ii) Complimentary delivery to 1 destination Only either to resident or event venue. Customer need to provide time of delivery. If delivery is NOT on the event day, customer has to fill up their own Bunga Rampai case to maintain the freshness of the leaves.

iii) Tray is not included. Customer need to provide their own tray. We will provide the measurements nearer the day of event. However,  if customer do not have the tray, we can provide one. In this case, customer has to return to us once the event is over. There will be penalty for lost of tray.

iv) Upon confirmation of order, full payment is required upon checking out.

v) Cancellation:  

No refund if the Bunga Rampai case are done. 

Part refund - minus costs if preparation has been made 

Full refund if no work is done.
