Return and Refund Policy
- Returns requests will only be processed if items are reported within 24 hours from the delivered time.
- Once returns are accepted, they are to be sent to the warehouse within 14 days after the report has been received and has been approved by the management.
- Returns are accepted in exchange for Le.git Store Credits.
- Returns are only valid with the Return/Exchange form filled and returned together with the item.
- For outfits, exchanges are only available for size and / or colour of the same design.
- Kindly indicate the new size or colour you wish to exchange with in the return form.
- If the item requested is not available in stock, we will have to give you store credit instead.
- If you wish to exchange for a different item altogether, we will first refund you in store credits, and you may place a new order for the item.
- Only products that are unused, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in its original packaging with labels still attached can be returned/exchanged.
- Return of food items is only allowed if the item has passed its expiry date upon order receipt.
- Beauty products, stationery, intimates, swimwear, accessories (including jewelry, bags), headscarves (including inners), home and living products (including candles, diffusers) are non-returnable
- Sale and markdown items are also non-returnable and non exchangeable.

- We do reserve the right not to allow the return of products or refund of any transactions although the condition above is met.
Where returns are allowed,
- Postage costs are to be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.
