- * All prices are inclusive of personalisation.
- * All personalisation orders require between 5-14days to reach you, depending on your quantity & intricacy of personalisation.
- * Delivery will take 3-5 working days upon completion of your orders by needleart.co
- * Self-collection is strictly by appointment only upon order completion.
- * All paid orders made via the online site cannot be cancelled, and is not refundable nor exchangeable.
- * Please ensure that your shipping address is correct to avoid missing item or any delay. If you realise that you had submitted the wrong shipping address, kindly contact us at +65 8874 8555/+65 8874 0075 immediately.
- * We will not be able to make any changes once your orders had been dispatched. Re-delivery charges will have to be borne by you.
